Once you’ve completed the 14 Carrots Method, these sessions are available as ongoing, personalized care.
They’re designed to help you maintain momentum, adapt with the seasons, and receive hands-on support as life and your menopause journey evolves — whether that’s a grocery store tour, pantry refresh, or a seasonal recalibration. Thoughtful, practical, and available exclusively to existing clients.
