A lot of 1:1 nutrition programs give you a personalized version of a standard template or work by appointment. 24 Carrots builds from scratch: your biology, your labs, your life, your preferences. I research options for your travel. I help you navigate your grocery store in person. I'm available between sessions when something comes up. The depth of customization and the level of access are genuinely different — and that's my clients' words, not mine.

We review your existing labs and I'll guide you on any additional bloodwork worth pursuing. I also leverage HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) for mineral status and a GI map for data on microbiome balance. These two tests are NOT diagnostic. They simply provide a larger snapshot of what’s happening in your body before we begin. Together these allow us to truly start from where you are, in every respect.

It's designed for your real life. Coaching calls are there to book when you need them, up to 60 minutes. Meal plans and grocery lists are prepared for you. You have messaging access between sessions. We build the structure to fit your schedule, not an idealized version of it.
